The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is celebrating the launch of its first-ever national peer-to-peer fundraising campaign, Colour To Conquer. This initiative invites Canadians to colour their hair in bold hues during the month of May to raise funds and awareness for world-leading cancer research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre -- one of the top 5 cancer research centers in the world.

Nearly 1 in 2 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, making cancer one of the leading causes of death in Canada and world-wide. By colouring your hair and raising funds for world-leading cancer research, you’re helping to make great strides in extending the lives of those living with cancer.

Here’s how you can participate:

  • Register at ColourToConquer.ca and build a personal page to tell people why you’re supporting the cause!
  • Don’t be shy! Ask colleagues, friends and loved ones to support your big bold hair transformation. There is no minimum to raise for this program.
  • Donate to your own campaign or support a fellow friend who is colouring their hair to conquer cancer!
