Kallie Milleman, Media Specialist from Ontario SPCA, showed us the top 6 Halloween costume trends for puppies! When deciding to dress up your pup, there are a few important things to keep in mind. Make sure that Halloween isn’t the first time your pet is putting their costume on. Take them to the store to try it on and ensure that it fits properly and that they’re comfortable in it. That being said, these six Halloween costume trends are sure to make a statement!

LLAMA COSTUME

If you’re in the market for a cute costume that takes easily drapes over your puppy, the Llama costume from Petsmart is a great option! However, this one might interfere with your pet's vision which could not only frighten your pet but also become dangerous. Test out the costume beforehand to check for this. You could also consider a reflective leash, collar or light with this costume so that they’re easy to spot if you decide to take a stroll on Halloween night.
