1 tablespoon almond butter mixed with 2 tsp warm water
1/3 cup sour cherries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
To a food processor, puree the cottage cheese and banana until smooth. Line a banana boat with a split banana and fill with the cottage cheese filling.
Drizzle with thinned out almond butter, top with cherries and a sprinkle of sliced almonds.
