Energizing Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • small handful kale
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • ice (if desired)
