- 1 cup frozen organic raspberries
- 1 cup of ice
- 5g PGX fiber blend
- ¾ cup of water
- 2 tbsp of hemp hearts

- 2 tbsp of protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp high potency fish oil – lemon flavour (optional)
