“Beet N’ Berry Blast”
Ingredients:
- 1 medium beet (juiced)
- ½ cup mixed fresh or frozen organic berries
- ½ cup POM juice
- ¼ cup yogurt
- Water or ice to preferred dilution
“Nutty No Nonsense”
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tblsp nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)
- 1 scoop (5 grams) rice protein powder
- ½ skinned, boiled potato
- 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax
- 1 tsp honey
“Whey Better Immunity”
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic milk
- 5 grams vanilla or plain whey protein isolate
- Raw cacao powder
- 2 tblsps maple syrup
- 1 tsp maca powder
“Marvelous Marilyn Mint Matcha”
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup coconut water
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup ice mint tea
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tblsps honey
- Ice to desired chill & consistency
