Extra Sleep points:
- Don’t drink too much water or other fluids one hour before you go to sleep, but make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water during the day. A well-hydrated body will not wake you up thirsty in the middle of the night.
- If you are deficient in B6 and Zinc you may have a hard time remembering your dreams.
- If you have saffron in your pantry one or two threads on the tongue is also a natural sleep aid.
