1. Toe-squat-to-heart-opening
(for glutes, quads-claves, core, and 'mindful heart-opening')
 
2. Single-leg "Warrior 3"
(for glutes, core, lower back, hamstrings, hamstring and glute 'seperation' [aka that cool line that separates your butt from the back of your leg], back of shoulders, and 'chest/heart opening)
 
3. Reverse bridge hip thrusts
(for glutes, hamstrings, core, arms, chest opening) *also is an upgraded advanced option I can quickly show
 
4. "Supermans"
(for entire back. Arms above head and beside head options)
 
5. "Modified push up"
(to tone the arms. Regular push up option)
 
With this routine we've managed to fully engage every major muscle group of the body, promote core stability and a healthy open posture!
