Optician Gary Sarantopoulos stopped by the studio to reinforce the need to wear sunglasses year round. While most people think of them as a summer accessory, the winter rays can be just as damaging if not more (for skiers and other outdoor enthusiasts) than summer sunlight.
A great tip is to think of a closer fitted frame to block rays coming in from a lower angle (off the blinding white snow) and a lighter tint lens will allow you to wear them in changing light conditions.
