Tara's Valentine's Day DIY's:
- Customize your own table runner, using a white runner, paper doilies, fabric paint. Sponge paint over doilies and remove to reveal outline.
- Rim white napkins with red grosgrain ribbon, using fabric glue or temporary adhesive.
- Using a cutting mat and craft knife, cut out a heart shape overtop of where your fork would be positioned on the placemat.
