Use the lemon wedge to dampen the rim of a tall glass, then dip the rim in the steak spices. Over ice, pour the vodka, Clamato juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Add horseradish and jalapeno slices. Garnish with a celery rib and crab legs.
For the vanilla vodka, split the vanilla beans in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and put the beans and seeds into a full bottle of vodka. Cap it. Let steep in a cool, dark place for 1 month.
For the crushed strawberries, crush the berries with the lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar.
In a shaker, put 2 oz of vanilla vodka and a big handful of ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with fresh strawberries and a split vanilla bean.
Put the watermelon and some ice cubes in a glass. Add the Jack Daniel’s. Top it with some sparkling water and stir. Garnish with the basil.
