The “Frenchy” Burger
The “Green & Yellow” Burger
Slice some avocado. Make salsa with tomato, shallot, garlic puree, cilantro stems and roots, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, jalapeno dice.
Spread the roasted garlic puree on the toasted buns, then place the burger on the bottom bun, arugula, avocado and salsa.
The “Prosciutto” Burger
Put mustard on toasted buns, then place burger on bun bottom, then tomato, onion, and prosciutto.
