We all have some bad habits! Whether it's biting your nails, or constantly forgetting your keys were all guilty of doing something wrong. However, it's important to make sure that you break bad skin care habits. Liv Judd Soy has given us her best tips on breaking those bad habits.
Tanning and Not Wearing Sunscreen
Tanning without sunscreen is an obviously a no-no. But if you are forgetful (hey, we all are!), consider a foundation or a BB that has SPF added (Burt’s Bees). If you don’t like the greasy feel, there are options that give a matt finish (SkinCeuticals). Self-tanners have come a long way — you will no longer look streaked or fake baked.
Sunscreen with BB cream: Burt’s Bee’s BB cream with SPF 15, $17.99
Sunscreen: SkinCeuticals Physical Matte UV Defense SPF 50, $44.00
Self tanner: St.Tropez Self Tan Luxe Dry Oil, $60.00
Focusing Only on Your Face Moisturizer
How often do you moisturize your neck? Never? You are not alone. Your neck, upper chest and hands should be treated as nicely as your face. You never think of these parts until it’s too late.

Women typically over wash, over treat, over touch and over pick. If you have a huge zit, here's your new routine: Use a salicylic acid cleanser with moisturizing ingredients, followed by a spot treatment with salicylic acid.
Cleanser: ClariSEA Purifying Cleanser, $29.00, available at Murale
Spot treatment: Dermalogica Clear Start Emergency Fix, $22.00
Squeaky-clean pores may initially feel good, but over cleansing can actually increase oil production and worsen breakouts. You only need to exfoliate your skin once a week to keep it healthy.
