• Hall Closet

Don’t hang things that need repair or cleaning. Have a bin dedicated to drycleaning and repairs right at your front door tucked inside the closet. Make it easy on yourself!

• Linen closet 

Start with being honest about how much stuff you have. Most people have more stuff than they have the room for. Don’t buy towels just because they’re on sale!!! And if you do, remember the one in, one out rule. Pull out stained or torn towels. Use a sharpie to mark the tag or a corner indicating to everyone in the house that it’s a rag towel. Dedicate an area for rag towels - a bin works best. Colour code towels for each family member so everyone know whose is whose.
