A veteran in the food and television industry, Christine Cushing teaches viewers how to be fearless in the kitchen as a regular Chef on THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW. She is also host of FEARLESS IN THE KITCHEN and CHRISTINE CUSHING LIVE.
Throughout her career, Christine has worked in renowned kitchens such as Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotel, King Ranch Health Spa, and Scaramouche Restaurant. She later jumped into entrepreneurship by starting her own company developing recipes and food styling.
Today, Christine hosts her new culinary challenge series, FEARLESS IN THE KITCHEN on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) and she recently launched her own line of condiments. Christine is also a best-selling author of two cookbooks: Dish it Out and Fearless in the Kitchen. Her third book, Pure Food, won a Gourmand International World Cookbook Award in Spain. She was also the host of CHRISTINE CUSHING LIVE and DISH IT OUT.
Christine completed the Food and Beverage Management Program at George Brown College, before graduating at the top of her class at École de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, France. She was also a spokesperson for Cook for the Cure Breast Cancer campaign and a superhero for the Starbright Foundation for The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She is now proud to be helping the Toronto Breakfast Clubs on their mission of feeding underprivileged children in schools across the Greater Toronto Area.
